Frequently asked questions
What is a “resource”?▼
A resource is a separate calendar in Terminradar — e.g. a staff member, a treatment station, a chair, a room or a piece of equipment that can be booked independently of other calendars. What matters is the number of calendars, not headcount: as a solo business with one calendar, you need exactly one resource. A salon with three chairs, each with its own calendar that can be booked at the same time, uses three resources. If several staff share one calendar instead, they share the same time slots — only one booking is possible per time slot, and that counts as one resource. (Automatically assigning several staff on one calendar with parallel bookability is planned as a future extension, but not available yet.) You only pay for resources that are actually active.
What does graduated volume pricing mean?▼
Each resource is billed at its own tier, not all resources at the same tier. For three resources, the first is €8 and the second and third are €7 each — €22 per month in total. For six resources: €8 + 3 × €7 + 2 × €6 = €41 per month.
What happens if I disable a resource?▼
Upgrades (adding resources) take effect immediately and are billed pro-rata. If you disable a resource, billing stays the same until your next renewal date — from that point on you only pay for the remaining active resources. No surprises either way.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?▼
Yes, any time via the Customer Portal in your dashboard. Switching to yearly prorates the upcoming year.
Which payment methods are accepted?▼
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA Direct Debit. Both work for yearly prepayment as well.
